Is BrainPOP drink regulated by the FDA?

FDA regulates all conventional foods/beverages and dietary supplements through its authority under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. BrainPOP drink is promoted as a conventional food/beverage, and not as a dietary supplement. More importantly, the product fully complies with the detailed safety and labeling requirements of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and the FDA’s implementing regulations. Further, BrainPOP drink voluntarily places the caffeine content on its cans and adheres to the American Beverage Association’s Guidance for the responsible Labeling and Marketing of nootropic caffeine drinks and functional beverages.

What is a nootropic drink, and is it safe?

Nootropic means ‘tuning the brain’ and is safe. Caffeine, for instance, is to date one of the most researched, validated, and best ways to achieve nootropic benefits. We have included other nutrients in our formulation to compliment caffeine and nourish overall health and well-being. We make no medical claims or guarantees. How many BrainPOPs can I consume each day?

According to the nutrition standards, we do not recommend drinking more than three 12oz servings each day, preferably spread over 4-hour periods.
